We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Ember subscriptions purchased from Bellview Fitness. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team through the in-app help channel with the email you used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. It can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page to prevent future charges; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
